What You'll Do:

- Help prepare accurate financial reports and statements

- Assist with monthly/quarterly closings and forecasting

- Support accounts payable/receivable and timecard processes

- Maintain budgets and provide data for financial planning

- Ensure compliance and assist with audit preparation

- Manage accounting systems and generate financial reports

- Provide admin support to the Controller and assist with projects


What You'll Bring:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

- Experience in construction finance or related industry preferred

- Skilled in Excel; SAGE 300 experience a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Great time management and communication abilities
