Job Description:

Adecco is assisting a local manufacturing company in Port Jervis in finding a qualified Product Development Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing team. This position will have direct contact with the VP of Sales & Marketing and Senior Management. The right candidate must be organized, motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Job Description:

• Create Bulk Sample Requests, Product Development Requests and Quote requests

• Field inquiries from current and prospective customers via phone and website inquiries

• Facilitate the mailing of product samples and marketing materials upon request

• Maintain all Sales documents/spreadsheets such as the Sales Pipeline, Master Customer Contact List, Quarterly Sales Meeting Charts, etc.

• Work closely with Managers to help coordinate all logistics of new product collection launches and event planning such as preserving product tracker, creating/printing of marketing materials, and packing of supplies

• Aid Marketing team with social media postings and the maintaining of all platforms as directed

• Assist Marketing Manager with researching industry and local press contacts and the creation/maintenance of new press database

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years? experience in sales, marketing and product development or related field

• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

• Bachelor?s degree in similar field

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010

• Some travel will be required

This position is temporary but may become permanent for the right candidate. Pay for this position is between $13 - $16/hr based on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity be a part of a company that offers growth and stability; this will not be available for long.
