For more information visit:www.gpinet.comResponsibilities:Accountable for providing system design calculations and other related design services including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering / internal and external)Prepare drawings detailing the system designedLead project scheduling requirements, manpower requirements, and project budgetsInterface with clients (as required) and attend design meetingsPerform construction administration and field investigation tasks for assigned projectsSelect equipment and fixtures for use in the buildingQualifications:BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required5+ years' experience designing Mechanical HVAC Building SystemsEIT required; PE is a plusProficiency in AutoCAD; required Revit preferredKnowledge of Mechanical and Energy Codes requiredRequirementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final considerationRead, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English languageBasic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team membersAble to wear GPI required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while workingMinimum Salary: 75000.000 Maximum Salary: 125000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
