Job Description:
A company is looking for a CX Strategy Manager, Engagement to
shape the customer experience and drive strategies for customer
success.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute customer communications and campaigns tied to
lifecycle milestones
Produce activities to drive customer engagement and build a culture
of learning
Collaborate with stakeholders to distribute customer communications
and enhance self-serve resources
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer-centric marketing project management
experience
Experience in developing and producing engaging campaigns and
communications
Ability to pull and analyze data, synthesize insights, and report
on results
Experience with HTML formatting and troubleshooting in various
technology platforms
Metrics definition and establishment of tracking processes for
campaigns
