Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager responsible for
managing maintenance contracts and maximizing customer
retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
Maximize customer retention by promoting support value and
minimizing cancellations
Act as the primary contact for support and renewal inquiries
Required Qualifications
8+ years in the Renewals business
Experience in complex business and contract negotiations within the
IT industry
Experience in a Team Lead or Mentoring role
Proficiency with SFDC and Clari Forecasting
