Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Payment Integrity to provide
strategic leadership and expertise in payment integrity
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead teams in content ideation and development to optimize payment
integrity processes
Drive overpayment recovery efforts and manage administrative costs
through strategic leadership
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process
improvements and technology enablement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant healthcare experience
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience, with specific
expertise in Payment Integrity
5+ years of managed care payer experience, preferably in
Medicare/Medicaid
5+ years of senior leadership experience
Technical understanding of data systems and edit configuration,
such as SQL or Databricks
