Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of HR Analytics to lead
their HR Insights and Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Advance and grow the HR Analytics strategy, including data
management and governance
Partner with business leaders to provide insights and analytics
that influence strategic decisions
Craft narratives to help the organization understand people
opportunities and challenges through data
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading an HR Analytics function in a global
environment
Demonstrated success in scaling analytic capabilities
Expertise in HR Analytics platforms such as Workday, OneModel, or
Visier
Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field; Master's
degree preferred
Familiarity with SQL and R or Python is a plus
