Job Summary: Manage restaurant daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards, restaurant image, and employee direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, uphold service standards, cash handling, and product quality.
  • Provide direction to employees, maintain performance expectations, and oversee scheduling.
  • Ensure restaurant profitability, control COGS, and total labor.
  • Manage shifts, including daily decision-making and restaurant opening and closing.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
    • A combination of practical experience and education.
    • Prior experience with Opentable, Schedulefly, or Digital Dining Future POS.
