Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Insurance
to lead a team focused on the revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and develop a team of engineers with a focus on individual
ownership and impact
Set team priorities that align with organizational goals and unify
decision-making across teams
Partner with product managers and designers to deliver value to
members
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of engineering experience with 2-4 years of people
management experience
Experience leading or managing a team of at least 4 engineers
Demonstrable history of shipping user-facing products
Experience in tech leadership and people management for 3+
years
Passion for improving the therapy experience for providers and
clients
