JOB TITLE ( # 2767 ): Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Walden, NY Minimum of 1 year paid clinical experience
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to fill an opening with a multi-specialty facility located in Walden, NY Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant :

Must have an active State License
Must be Board Certified
Must have at least 1 year of paid clinical experience Benefits of the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant :
- The salary for this position is $130,000 - $135,000 / yr (will be prorated for part-time)
- Benefits are Competitive and Negotiable
  Schedule of the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant :
  - This is a Part-time position
