This practice is less than 20 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia, Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia & the Montgomery Main Campus Hospital. Join us; make a difference. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Treating 2-3 patients per hour, all ages
• Collaborate with a team of 5 providers
• Managing/performing: Chronic health conditions/well checks/some telehealth visits
• Call: 1:5 - Weekend hours 8a-12pQualifications:
