Job Description:
A company is looking for a Citrix System Administrator to join
their Mission Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incident and request resolution/escalation tickets and
provide technical writing and monitoring support
Provide weekly status reports to show progress
Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate requests and issues
related to virtual desktop and application solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Citrix admin, troubleshooting and implementing
virtual desktop solutions
Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services, including Azure
virtual machines and active directory
Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps, desktops, Storefront, and
Citrix Director
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts, including
Azure Active Directory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or
a related technical discipline, or 8 years of relevant
experience
