Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Delivery
Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems in Elixir,
focusing on scalability and performance
Mentor a small team of engineers, establish best practices, and
lead through hands-on coding and code reviews
Own the Delivery and Fleet Management platforms, ensuring they meet
reliability targets and business requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in software development
2+ years of experience in Elixir or Erlang with a background in
building large-scale, distributed systems
Experience managing small, agile engineering teams
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Comfortable spending 75% of time coding, troubleshooting, and
reviewing code
