A company is looking for an AVP, Employee Benefits US.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute a comprehensive employee benefits strategy
Lead and develop a team of benefits professionals to deliver
innovative programs
Manage relationships with benefits vendors and ensure compliance
with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in benefits administration and
management
Strong knowledge of employee benefit programs and relevant laws and
regulations
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis tools
