As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life.About the Role:As a home care provider, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to our clients. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as managing medications and monitoring vital signs.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medications and monitor vital signs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clientsRequirements:
  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
