We work on a "hybrid model". This means that you will be asked to report on site three (3) times a week and can work remotely two (2) times a week. If you are selected for an internship or Co-Op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule.This position offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in analyzing business data, supporting decision-making processes, and contributing to data-driven strategies across various Enterprise Quality Functions. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help our organization make informed decisions. Below are a few examples of the types of experiences you can expect:

• Digital Product Analysis: Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions by building out product backlogs in the form of user stories.
• Data Collection & Management: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis from various sources such as databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and insights in business data.
• Reporting: Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate data findings to key stakeholders.
• Support Decision-Making: Assist in analyzing data to support business decisions and pivotal initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including QA-Ops, JJRC, finance and operations to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.\rNot only will you have the ability to develop your analytical skills through on-the-job assignments. You will:
