Job Title: Patient Account Representative
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Employment Type: Temp-Perm
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Pay: $17/hour

Responsibilities for Patient Account Rep:
Assist patients in applying for Medical Assistance and other hospital, state, or federal programs as applicable.
Conduct interviews with patients in hospital or office settings to complete necessary forms.
Verify health insurance information.
Collaborate with patients, family members, employers, banks, and federal/state offices to gather additional information as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Patient Account Rep:
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn and work with multi-state Medicaid eligibility regulations (previous Medicaid experience a plus).
Must be fully vaccinated.
