Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant for an
8-week remote assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Create tailored communication and engagement plans for key
stakeholders
Assess the impact of changes and identify potential risks and
mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in organizational change management,
preferably in the Technology industry
Experience in change management for a Google to Microsoft
migration
Strong knowledge of change management principles and
methodologies
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the
organization
Calm and positive demeanor under pressure
