Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Prevention Analyst to manually
review online transactions for authenticity and ensure a secure
customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions impacting
clients and customers
Identify links between fraudulent transactions to detect and stop
fraud rings
Collaborate with customer service and analysts to assist with
customer escalations and manage queue volumes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or a
Business-related field (desired)
Experience in fraud analysis or a related field is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical skills to assess transaction data effectively
Familiarity with emerging fraud trends and prevention
strategies
