ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking a motivated Logistics Analyst
within its North American Logistics team to drive scalability and
operational improvements in how we manage the day to day operations
of our small parcel and DtC deliveries. The mission of the North
American Logistics team is to ensure a successful delivery
experience for customers while optimizing the costs of Peloton's
global supply chain. The Analyst role is critical to achieving the
team's mission, and affords many opportunities to contribute, learn
and grow with Peloton. The ideal candidate is creative, curious,
analytical and possesses the ability to juggle multiple projects
with varying levels of involvement. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT
PELOTON
- Manage our internal shipment request platform and drive
performance accountability through metrics tracking and
reporting
- Maintain monthly reporting for the Transportation Team &
communicate out on key business updates to the broader Supply Chain
Organization
- Coordinate and execute internal special shipment requests and
ensure internal SLA compliance is met
- Determine optimal quantities and initiate rebalancing
activities for Apparel inventory to ensure continuity of
fulfillment operations
- Facilitate all shipments between our 3PL facility and Apparel
Production Sites to ensure we are meeting launch timing
requirements
- Manage internal Apparel Launch status trackers and communicate
with internal stakeholders on any supply chain risks associated
with launches
- Cross collaborate with other teams to ensure optimization of
the supply chain from end-to-end
- Identify opportunities for improvement in gaps and
inefficiencies in our operations
- Support activities related to process change, from idea
generation through to implementation YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, or
similar
- Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets. SQL a
plus
- Keen to go deep into problems when necessary, but elevate to
80/20 solving
- Effortlessly transition between working autonomously and
collaboratively
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards

and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position
based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary
offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including
individual performance, business objectives, and if the location
for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of
